Directo trips, S.L. in its commitment to the Protection of Personal Data of its customers, and as the maximum guarantor of their privacy, has carried out a review of all its business processes and especially those that involve the processing of personal data, adapting them to the new requirements of Community regulations, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), implemented the appropriate security measures taking into account the results obtained from the risk analysis carried out and has updated its privacy policies and consequently this Legal Notice.
The User and/or Client guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, being responsible for any damage or injury, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of the breach of such obligation. In the event that the data provided belongs to a third party, the User and/or Client guarantees that they have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained their authorization to provide their data to Directo trips, S.L. for the aforementioned purposes.
The Portal may host blogs, forums, and other social media applications or services in order to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and content. Any personal information provided by the user may be shared with other users of that service, over which Directo Trips, S.L. has no control

* Managing and monitoring the services offered through the website, telephone, or email, related to advice and the provision of services that may require referral to professionals in the fields of legal assistance, healthcare, and insurance.
* Sending information about Directo Trips, S.L.'s services and products. and of the Group of subsidiaries, whose services may be of interest to the user.
* To provide legal support to disadvantaged groups through activities related to training, awareness-raising, and the development of specific entrepreneurship programs and projects.
* To manage Website Users and, where applicable, the activation and administration of user registration in the reserved area of the Website.

* In cases where the User expressly consents, send advertising communications and commercial information, through various means (emails, SMS, purchase receipts, etc.), about Directo Trips, S.L., and entities of the Directo Trips, S.L. Group. or from third parties (always through Directo Trips, S.L. itself, as a result of its collaboration agreements with them), regarding their activities, products, services, offers, contests, special promotions, as well as documentation of various kinds that may be of interest or use to the User and/or Client, related to the sectors of transport, leisure, travel, culture, cards and payment methods, automotive, insurance, financing, gifts, or technology. Likewise, in each process where the user provides their personal data, they will be informed whether providing it is mandatory or optional, and the consequences of not providing it.
4.-Information about the processing of data for sending communications
The data used or provided in informational and/or promotional communications is processed by Directo Trips, S.L. for the purpose of sending electronic communications of an informational nature regarding services, activities, publications, celebrations, greetings, and social and professional events of Directo Trips, S.L. or third parties within the Directo Trips, S.L. network of firms in the travel, consulting, and insurance sectors that may be of interest to the User and/or Client; and for monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns carried out using appropriate technologies. Consent for sending these communications may be revoked at any time in each communication received through the mechanism provided for this purpose. Data retention will be based on your objection to its processing. In any case, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability by sending an email to administracion@directotrips.com, attaching a photocopy of your national identity document or equivalent.
5.-Personal data retention period
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained, unless the data subject requests its deletion, or unless it must be deleted because it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or when its retention is required to enable the application of any benefit, discount, or promotional advantage for the client. If the user withdraws their consent to the processing of their data or exercises their rights of cancellation or deletion, their personal data will be kept blocked and available to the judicial authorities for the legally established periods to address any potential liabilities arising from its processing.

* The User and/or Client has given explicit consent for the purposes described in section 2 of this Policy that require the processing of User and/or Client data revealing ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health, criminal offenses, or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation.
* The User and/or Client has provided their personal data within the framework of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship for the purpose of addressing their request for information and/or advice in the areas of legal, healthcare, and insurance assistance.
* The User and/or Client has given their informed consent to receive commercial communications related to products and/or services of Directo Trips, S.L. that may be of interest to the User and/or Client, for the installation of tracking systems that report on browsing habits according to the Cookie Policy, or for sending information requested through contact forms.
There are legal obligations that require the processing of personal data, in accordance with the services provided.

They may also withdraw their consent if they have given it for a specific purpose, and may modify their preferences at any time.
