Visit Lanzarote and spend a day walking among volcanoes and tasting Canarian wines.
After the pick-up at the hotels, we will drive to the port of Corralejo, in the north of the island. Here we will take a ferry that will take you to the island of Lanzarote in about 45 minutes.
Once in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, we will take a bus that will take us to the most important places on the island. The first stop will be the Timanfaya National Park, where its volcanic cones and tongues of lava form an impressive landscape of almost extraterrestrial colours and textures next to the sea. We will take a guided tour of the famous Fire Mountains, walking among volcanoes.
Afterwards you will head to La Geria, a wine-growing area where vines are planted in cone-shaped ash pits. You will enjoy a tasting of typical Lanzarote wines, where you can taste a Malvasia wine that is unique in the world.
Afterwards, you will visit the Aloe Vera Museum, where you will learn about the different uses of this typical local crop and learn about new natural therapies. Stroll through one of the most extensive aloe vera plantations in Europe and learn about new therapies. Finally, you will enjoy a bus tour along the south coast of Lanzarote to visit the Lago Verde, a curious lagoon in a crater with emerald green water.
The tour will end in Playa Blanca where a boat will take you back to Corralejo and from there by coach to the pick-up point closest to your hotel.
